The HZS90 concrete batching plant is a construction-grade production facility designed for manufacturing a variety of concretes, including plastic and dry-hard types. It is widely utilized in large and medium-scale construction projects, infrastructure development (roads and bridges), and precast concrete component plants. It is considered an ideal piece of equipment for the centralized production of ready-mixed concrete.
The production process begins with a front-end loader delivering aggregates such as sand and gravel into the storage bins of the aggregate batching machine. After individual weighing of the aggregates, the materials are transferred via a horizontal belt conveyor to the intermediate storage hopper. From the hopper, they are discharged into the mixing drum. Simultaneously, water and powdered materials (e.g., cement, fly ash) are metered and conveyed into the mixer through separate weighing systems. After reaching the pre-set mixing time, the finished concrete is discharged into the transportation device (e.g., mixer truck), completing one mixing cycle.
