Product Description
Rotary tiller is an agricultural machinery with rotating blades as the main working component, mainly used for soil cultivation. It breaks and flips the soil through high-speed rotating blades, creating a soft and flat soil environment for sowing or planting.
Knife shaft: a core component that installs multiple sets of blades and rotates to cut soil.
Blade: L-shaped or curved blade, responsible for shredding soil blocks, weeds, and residues.
Transmission: Transmits tractor power to the blade shaft and adjusts the speed.
Mud blocking cover: prevents soil splashing and protects operator safety.
Suspension device: connected to tractor (suitable for traction rotary tiller).
The tractor power drives the blade shaft to rotate at high speed (usually 200-300 revolutions per minute) through the transmission system. After the blade cuts into the soil, it cuts and throws the soil, achieving functions such as soil crushing, fertilizer mixing, and leveling.
